Belarus's negative foreign trade balance nearing $2bn

The Belarusian authorities seem to have ured to living with the negative balance of foreign trade in goods and services, which is nearing $2 billion.  Moreover, the negative balance has gone beyond this figure as regards the foreign trade in goods, Belarus deputy economy minister Tatsiana Starchanka today said in a statement.

She said the government is trying to improve the situation through a systemic reformation and modernization of the country's industrual potential, reports the financial news agency AFN
