Belneftekhim close to ink deal over Russian oil supplies
Belarus' state-owned petrochemical monopoly Belneftekhim confirms the further signing of contracts by Belarusian refineries for the supplies of crude oil from Russia, Belneftekhim spokesperson Maryna Kastychenka told Interfax news agency. However, she declined to comment on the cost of supplies. Transneft spokesman Igor Demin said on Wednsday that his company had no confirmed orders for oil from Minsk. If the situation does not change today and there will be no fresh orders, there will no oil to pump by the weekend.
