Belarusian border guards seized 3.5 kilograms of marijuana from a Belarusian who was crossing the border from Lithuania at the Kamenny Loh checkpoint, Alyaksandr Tsishchanka, spokesman for the Belarusian Border Troops Committee, told ERB.

"He behaved in a strange way. Border guards noticed it. They used a dog, thoroughly inspected the car and found seven taped parcels under the backseat," Tsishchanka said.
