Court to consider appeal of Nyaklyayeu’s lawyers tomorrow
The appeal to change Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu’s measure of restraint will be considered by Minsk Central District Court tomorrow. One of the politician’s lawyers, Uladzimir Burshtynau, has informed BelaPAN about it. At the same time he doubts that Nyaklyayeu will be delivered to court for the hearing on January 6. He says that he is planning to meet his client this week.
