Criminal charges brought against Iuye district administration head
The official is suspected of office abuse.
The official reportedly ordered the heads of loca state-run enterprises to help him build two houses in nearby villages, BelTA reports. They had to help him for free. As a result, the enetrprises lost over 125 million rubles.
Prosecutor General's Office notes that the official ‘did serious damage to the state’s interests by blowing the prestige of the state authorities.’ The head of Iuye District Executive Committee may be imprisoned for 3-10 years.
