Crossfire in Kiev: armed westerners heading for capital
The riot police and protesters exchanged fire on the Zhytomir highway near Kiev since morning.
Driving inspectors are trying to stop protesters’ transport and prevent western Ukrainians from supporting Maidan. The policemen and activists have started using their guns. Additional forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are heading there, espreso.tv reports.
