Ethno party took place in Homel (photo)

Ethno party called "Viachorki" has been organized on October 9 in Homel by the Homel youth local historical organization "Talaka" together with the Republican organization "Student Ethnographical Association", with the support of Homel State University named after Francysk Skaryna.  The ethno party consisted of two parts. The first one was sort of official - Homel inhabitants learned about the ethnographical activity of the "Student Ethnographical Association". The second part was non-official and more interesting: there were folk dances and games under accompaniment of live music, authentic folk songs and testing of Belarusian traditional cuisine.
 
Unfortunately, there were not many people at the party due to poor advertising of the event - a little more than 20 people on the whole. However, this did not spoil the party for Homel inhabitants and guests from Minsk and they had a good time.
