Fake Nemiroff vodka distillery busted in Brest

The financial investigation department of the State Control Committee in the Brest region has busted an undeground production of the popular vodka Nemiroff, reports Interfax. A mini-distillery was located in a private garage in Brest. Two residents of this regional center were involved in the illegal production.

Over 2000 bottles of the fake Ukrainian vodka, 84 bottles of spirit and 80 bottles of the dilluted spirit were sezied by the law-enforcement agents. Police also sezied the equipment for closing the bottles, labels and fake excise stamps from Ukraine.
