Football: Belarus manager to shave his moustache off if draws with Germany
Belarus head coach Ihar Kryvushenka
Belarus head coach Ihar Kryvushenka is ready to sacrifice his moustache for his squad’s success during the 2020 Europe Cup qualifier against Germany at Borisov Arena on 8 June. Speaking on the YouTube channel ChestnOK, Kryvushenka vowed to shave his moustache off if Belarus took at least one point drawing with Germany.
Ihar Kryvushenka’s team lost two first qualifiers 0-4 to the Netherlands and 1-2 to Northern Ireland. In Group C, Netherlands and Germany have 3 points each, Estonia and Belarus are pointless. Belarus has scored just one goal and conceded six. Germany and Estonia each have one game in hand.
