Former head of Hantsavichy driving inspectorate caught drunken driving

Inspectors of Hantsavichy driving inspectorate detained the former head of the district inspectorate Andrei Kat for drunken driving. The incident occurred at 3 a.m. The former boss refused to pass a blood test in hospital. A protocol was conducted against him. According to “Hantsavichy Time” the former boss will have to walk for three years as his driving license has been confiscated. He will also pay a huge fine.
