Four people who disassembled 12 metres of railing near Orsha are detained
The Belarusian police has detained four people suspected of having disassembled 12 metres of railing near Orsha on September 22. As a result, a diesel locomotive and two empty cars were ditched.
Part of the railing that had been sawed up was found near the railway. The criminals did not have enough time to take them away. It testified to the fact that they stole the railing to sell is in Russia as scrap metal.
As a result, the police suspected two local inhabitants aged 21 and 19. They had already been imprisoned for a theft before. A 16-year old technical college student was also detained. A 40 year-old citizen of Azerbaijan living without registration in Horytski District was detained too. He is registered in Smolensk.
If the detained are returned guilty they may be imprisoned for up to three years.
