Füle speaks about fair election at meeting with society

Brussels sees some progress but has no trust the election will be democratic. A political observer Raman Jakauleuski has made such a conclusion after the meeting of the European Commissioner Štefan Füle with the society. More that 50 people took part in the meeting, including the representatives of the President's Administration Civil Consultative Council. They stubbornly argued with the European Commissioner, according to Jakauleuski. Štefan Füle spoke about some progress and was diplomatic but sincere, told the political observer to Euroradio.

Jakauleuski: "He tried to find some signs of positive changes and also underlined the aspects where he saw no progress. All bets are off. The Belarusian side knows the precise conditions. EU expects fair election. And it is very important the negotiations on visa facilitation issue start in November".

Besides, no politics will be involved in the visa issue solution, according to the words of the European Commissioner, cited by Raman Jakauleuski.
