Gas blast in centre of Warsaw (photo, video)
Five people have been taken to hospital.
A huge explosion occurred in the centre of Warsaw in Noakowskiego Street at 12 p.m. on January 26. It happened in the first or second floor of one of the buildings, gazeta.pl reports. Window panes in the building and in the transport parked nearby were broken by the blast wave.
Five people were taken to hospital with injuries, Warsaw President Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz reported.
It seems that it was a gas explosion in one of the buildings.
Traffic has been banned in Noakowskiego Street and part of Koszykowej Street.
