Hand-made bomb blows up near block of flats in Babruisk
A hand-made bomb has exploded near a block of flats in Babruisk. Fortunately, nobody has been injured. Windows of some ground-floor and first-floor flats have been broken, reports “Interfax-West”.
The police have detained two local inhabitants without delay. Both of them are workers of “Babruisk tractor details and units plant”.
One of them is 21 years old. He is suspected of having made the bomb and given it to his 40-year-old acquaintance. The latter is suspected of having organized the explosion. Criminal cases have been started against both the workers.
