Kazulin’s party starting mass admission of members in Minsk

The Belarusian Social-Democratic Party (Hramada) will start a mass admission campaign for citizens. Minsk City Committee of the BSDP (H) has decided to start the action at the beginning of October.
According to the deputy head of the party Ihar Rynkevich, the idea was expressed by Alyaksandr Kazulin who has already spent 1.5 years behind bars. The campaign was to start in spring 2006 but the arrest of the politician delayed it.

Social-Democrats are hoping that many citizens who supported Kazulin during the presidential election still stick to his ideas and will join the party.

The admission campaign will be supervised by the head of Minsk affiliate of the BSDP (H) Valery Fralou.
