KGB summons deputy head of REI trade union to interrogation again

The deputy head of the REI trade union Zinaida Mihnyuk has been summoned for an interrogation to Brest District KGB Department for the second time today. The legal representative of the REI trade union’s Brest Province affiliate Uladzimir Malei has informed praca-by.info that Mihnyuk’s role in the case was not mentioned in the subpoena. That is why they decided to go together. However, the trade union lawyer was not allowed to attend the interrogation.

Let us remind you that Zinaida Mihnyuk’s flat was searched on January 12 and that she was interrogated by KGB as a witness in the case connected with December 19 events on January 13.

The head of the independent REI trade union Henadz Fedynich spent 2.5 hours at an interrogation in the preliminary investigation department of Minsk City Department of the Interior today. He was delivered there “for a conversation” by policemen at about 8 a.m.
