Candidates for local council seats to be nominated in Belarus tomorrow
Belarus will hold the local election on March 23, 2014.
Candidates will be nominated by political parties and workers' associations (structural units) of organizations by signature collection from January 12 until February 10.
People who want to run for council candidates should register their initiative groups in district election committees by January 16, Interfax-West reports. The registration application needs to contain a list of the group members.
