Long-term OSCE observers start arriving in Belarus
Long-term observers of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights and of the OSCE including the head of the mission, Ambassador Geert-Hinrich Ahrens, have started arriving in Belarus to watch the presidential election. A meeting of the leaders of the mission with the CEC chairperson Lidziya Yarmoshyna is appointed for November 15. Long-term OSCE observers will receive their certificates. Arens is also expected to give a press conference on that day, informs BelaPAN.
As it was informed before, there are 440 observers in the OSCE mission including 40 long-term ones.
