Lukashenka appoints first deputy commander of Internal Troops

Alyaksandr Lukashenka has appointed Colonel Aleh Matkin as First Deputy Commander of the Interior Troops and Chief of Staff of Belarus. It is . The decree was signed by the President on 1 December.
