Lukashenka: it is easier to reach agreement with Medvedev rather than Putin
Alyaksandr Lukashenka has claimed that he cannot reach an agreement with the Russian government headed by Vladimir Putin. He said that “the situation was paradoxical” in an interview with Euroenews. According to Lukashenka, the Belarusian and Russian Ministries of Foreign Affairs could cooperate really well, however, all economic agreements with the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev “are not accepted and even reverted” by the Russian government.
At the same time Lukashenka noted that he was not going to cause a clash between the Russian President and Prime Minister and just wanted to establish the fact, informs RIA “Novosti”.
