Lukashenka slams government over foreign investments
Belarus leader Alexander Lukashenka has slammed the government for a poor performance in attracting the foreign investments into the countrys's economy. The official news agency BELTA reports that the amount of foreign investements into the economy's real sector has been on a steady decline since 2008, reaching only $420 million or 38 percent less than the year before. "It has also been caused by irresponsibility and inefficiency of certain officials", the head of the state said.
