March of “hooligans” to be conducted in Brest
An activist of the movement “For Freedom” Raman Kislyak has sent an appeal for “The March of “Hooligans” on July 30 to Brest City Executive Committee. According to him, the event is aimed at drawing the public’s attention to the demand to stop detaining democratic activists under the pretence of hooliganism.
Kislyak is going to invite citizens who were prosecuted and detained for hooliganism before elections and during mass actions of the opposition to take part in the manifestation.
The organizer assures that the march will be peaceful. He also presented a list of 44 people from Brest Region who had been detained and convicted before elections and during opposition’s actions, informs the press service of Alyaksandr Milinkevich.
