Mikalai Autuhovich’s preventive supervision prolonged for 6 months
A panel of judges at the city of Hrodna extends police preventive supervision for Mikalai Autukhovich.
Hrodna panel of judges has not changed the decision made by Vaukavysk Distarcit Court. Mikalai Autuhovich will be supervised for another six months.
There was no court records in the case, Autuhovich noted. He studied the records but the date was different. The trial was held in Vaukavysk on August 6. The records Autuhovich saw dated back to July.
However, the panel of judges did not react to it, Radio Liberty reports. The prosecutor did not assess it either.
Vaukavysk Court’s second decision looked biased, the lawyer claimed. The first trial cancelled the supervision because the term was over and Autuhovich had not committed any violations by the time. However, the court decided to prolong the preventive supervision after the second trial. Autuhovich was in hospital at that moment and could not attend the hearing.
The panel of judges left the second decision in force. Autuhovich did not expect anything else, he said.
