Milinkevich heading to Belarus's rock festival in Poland

Alexander Milinkevich, the leader of the For Freedom movement is expected on July 19 to travel to the eastern Polish town of Gorodok to visit the traditional rock festivals of musicians from Belarus and Poland. He is planned to spend one day there.
Milinkevich is not expected to make speeches there, because he has not qualified for the finals, jokes Yuras Gubarevich, the deputy chairman of the For Freedom movement. Sereiously speaking, the format of the festival does nor provide for political speeches. He is going there as a private person.

Milinkevich is planned to have informal conversations with the youth and he wants to listen to a good music.

The For Freedom movement helped to get free Polish visas in order to make it to the festival. The movement also arranged for free bus transfers between Gorodok and the border crossing points in Terespol and Kuznica.

The festival called Basoviscza will take place on July 19-21, 2007.
