Ministry of Economy planning to prolong the term of re-registration for private entrepreneurs

The Ministry of Economy has suggested that the term of private unitary enterprises registration should be prolonged till July 1, 2008. The institution is considering the possibility of issuing a statutory act for it. At the moment the registration of private enterprises must be over till November 15, 2007.

Let us remind you that according to the President’s decree, entrepreneurs will not be allowed to hire emplyees except for their own relatives starting from January 1, 2008. The number of a private entrepreneur’s employees will remain limited to three people.
