Minsk authorities do not allow pickets of solidarity with Kazulin
Minsk authorities have not allowed pickets of solidarity with a political prisoner Alyaksandr Kazulin in Arlouskaya Street. The action was initiated by members of the Belarusian Social-Democratic Party (Hramada). According to BelaPAN, officials have not explained the reason for the refusal. They used to allow prickets in Arlouskaya Street.
