Minsk beltway needs repairs
The Minsk beltway urgently needs repairs, said Alexander Halaunyou from the Belavtodor state road maintenance company. But the company needs funding, as Br282 billion were allocated for the maintenance of all the roads in the country in the 2010 budget.
