Minsk fights for the right to host international youth festival

The main rival of Minsk is Libyan Tripoli. By the way, even Libyans prefer the Belarusian capital. The African delegation got acquainted with the youth movement in Belarus and officially announced its decision to vote for our country.

Moreover, youth leaders of both countries agreed on developing tourism and humanitarian, cultural and business relations.
