Minsk trolleybuses “Vitaut” to appear in Vilnius

Vilnius authorities are planning to renew the city trolleybus depot with the help of Minsk “Vitauts”. RUNET.LT informs about it referring to the deputy Mayor Romas Adamavichus. The city administration is considering several offers but Belarusian trolleybuses “Vitaut” named after the famous grand duke of Lithuania are the cheapest. Their functions are better than those of the old Skodas “running” across Vilnius now and even of the modern Solarises with low-level boarding, thinks Mr. Adamavichus.

The first trial “Vitaut” will arrive in Vilnius on Monday, July 5.
