Officials note down all entrepreneurs’ demands
A meeting of Minsk entrepreneurs and officials took place on Wednesday. Representatives of the Council of markets, the head of the department of business of Minsk City Executive Committee Alyaksandr Kalinouski, the head of the department of trade Alyaksandr Lukashevich and the deputy head of the tax inspectorate Alyaksandr Subotka were taking their decision about the future of private entrepreneurs and unitary enterprises.
According to an entrepreneurs’ movement activist Alyaksandr Makaeu, there was no tension in the room. “Private entrepreneurs are tired of fighting with the authorities this year”, - says Makaeu.
Alyaksandr Makaeu: “The authorities are deceitfully trying to change something, to simplify taxes and introduce some benefits. But it means nothing for trade”.
Answering an ERB’s question about the effectiveness of the meeting Ales Makaeu noted:
“The appeal was very straightforward, just as the result should be. If politicians neglect entrepreneurs they will become involved in politics”.
According to the activist of the entrepreneurs’ movement, the problems were announced but were not solved. Probably the authorities are trying to clam entrepreneurs down with promises.
