Olympic medals cost $500K to Tsikhan and Dzeviatouski
The Olympic medals cost $500,000 to Ivan Tsikhan and Vadzim Dzeviatouski, the Beijing Olympic Games silver medalist said in a statement. According to Belta news agency, the court hearing lasted from late August 2008 when additional results of their doping tests were announced. Vadzim Dzeviatuouski insisted they were not guilty and that gross violations of the test procedure were committed at the doping laboratory in Beijing.
