Opposition to go to Bangalor with brooms
The capital’s authorities have not allows the Belarusian Social-Democratic Party (Hramada) to organize pickets in support of a former presidential candidate, a political prisoner Alyaksandr Kazulin in the park of Friendship of peoples.
They received an official reply signed by the deputy head of Minsk City Executive Committee Mihail Tsitsyankou. They were informed that repair works would be carried out in the park from July 5 till July 14.
The organizer of the action Alyaksey Sihaeu informed ERB about it.
According to him, social democrats are going to offer their help in cleaning the park.
Sihaeu: “I tried to contact “Minskzelyanbud” today but there have not been any results yet. I think they might allow us to organize the picket if we help them clean this park”.
