The police detained three men (a marihuana seller and two buyers) on April 9 night. A 50-eyar-old Minsker brought the drug to his clients in his minivan Dodge Caravan. They were detained when they met.
The police confiscated the marihuana and found more in the car.
The 50-eyar-old drug dealer is an employee of the social department of one of Minsk orphanages. Both buyers are jobless. One of them is 43 and the other is 44. One of the buyers already stood trial for a drug-related crime in 2000.
