Rescuers received information about the peat bog fire in Minsk District on August 5 at about 5 p.m. They revealed hotbeds of fire on the territory of 1 hectare, BELTA reports. The closest village – Karalyou Stan – was situated 1.5 kilometers away.
Rescuers and foresters are working on the spot now. The lives of villagers are no longer in danger.
