Property of Movement “For Freedom” is confiscated (photo report)
Property is being confiscated from the flat rented by a member of the Movement “For Freedom” Alyaksei Kavalets. Five officers of the court, a policeman, a BT camera crew and journalists from independent editions are there now, informs the website of Alyaksandr Milinkevich.
The officers of the court have already taken away the furniture from the kitchen, Milinkevich’s study and one more room. Let us remind you that an officer of the court of Pershamaiski District inventoried Alyaksei Kavalets’ property in the flat he rented on November 18, 2008.
It was said that the inventory was needed for the serving of the sentence according to which, the property of the accused who used to live in the flat before had to be confiscated. Alyaksei Kavalets complained about the inventory to Minsk court but the judge agreed to return only 9 items from the list.
