Prosecutor asks to imprison Yury Dankov for 9 years
And to confiscate his property. The defence will speak today.
The defendant has pled not guilty for most of the charges including the organization of a house of prostitution in his club. The hearing of Yury Dankov’s case started in Minsk Moscow District Court on September 18.
Dankov is accused of violating seven articles of the Criminal Code. He is accused of tax evasion resulting of major losses for the state.
