Ratification of Customs Union's customs code put off again

This issue was not on House of Representatives' agenda on June 14, reports Belapan. Unofficial reports suggest the document was to be ratified on June 10, but the session was postponed due to the visit of the Belarusian leader to Russia.

The details of the negotiations in Moscow are unknown. Commentators reckons Lukashenka's visit to Moscow was a failure, so Minsk has again put off the ratification of the Customs Code.

The Belarusian parliament is nearing the summer break. The last session of the lawmakers will take place on June 30.
