Anatol Lyabedzka is removed from travel ban list

The people responsible for the inclusion of the politician on the list will not be punished.

In the politician's opinion, the court's decision testifies to the fact that the authoroties  "tried to wage war against their own citizens ignoring the laws and the Constitution". But the attempt was so silly that the experiment of providing "an adequate answer" to "the EU black list of Belarusian officials" has failed, - reports the agency BelaPAN quoting Lyabedzka.

Let us remind you that Lyabedzka was going to leave for Lithuania at the border check-point "Kamenny Loh" on March 7. A travel ban stamp was added to his passport. He visited the Citizenship and Migration Department of Minsk Central District on March 19 where he was informed that he had been temporarily forbidden to leave the state on the basis of the information provided by the Ministry of Justice in connection with his "evasion of responsibilities imposed by the court".

Lyabedzka noted that he had not been sued and appealed his inclusion on the travel ban list in court.
