Belarus goes down to 26th position without Astapchuk's medal
Belarus has gone down by three positions in the medal rankings of the XXX Summer Olympics in London.
It has happened after the disqualification of shot putter Nadzeya Astapchuk who has been stripped of her gold medal due to a doping scandal.
As a result, Belarus national team has 12 medals (2 gold, 5 silver and 5 bronze medals). The U.S. national team has won most medals at the 2012 London Olympics - 104 medals and 46 of them are gold.
