Belarusian photo stolen for new collection of Reserved?
The T-shirt with the photo made for a fashion presentation in Minsk a year ago can be bought for 360 thousand roubles.
Minsk fashion model Nastassya Rudkouskaya entered a Reserved shop and saw... a T-shirt with her photo.

The shocked girl photographed the T-shirt and sent to Belarusian photographer Iryna Hramatavaya in Wiesbaden. Hramatavaya organized the photo session where the picture was made a year ago. Rudkouskaya was wearing a dress from the collection "Women's Logic" designed by Maria Dubinina.

“There were 4 or 4 such dresses, - said Maria Dubinina to Euroradio. - You can find a similar dress in Minsk. The cloth is a very good wool mixture. The dress did not cost much - only 600 thousand roubles. You can ask much more for it. But I think that fashion should be accessible to people. You have to take Belarusians' purchase power into account."

The T-shirt can be easily found on the website of Reserved. It costs 1299 Russian Roubles - 42 dollars. It is almost twice cheaper than "the original".
“I was very indignant when I got to know about it. But then I calmed down. A lot of things are copied nowadays... They also say that the picture can be found in some Minsk hairdressing salon, - continued Maria Dubinina. - But I will not do anything about Reserved. I cannot waste my time and money on things that cannot help my career. However, it could be possible to gain the suit - it is a Polish company."
Iryna Hramatavaya has decided to stand up for her rights and to complain. She thinks that Polish designers got the photo from one of the huge photo stocks. It means that they could pay for it, but the author of the picture did not get paid.

“I am a photographer. I sell my photos to photo stocks. The attachment contains a photo of a T-shirt from your collection (made in Moscow) with the photo I made. Where did you buy this picture and what licence was used fir it?" asked Iryna Hramatavaya.
A week has passed but the Polish company has not replied so for. Iryna is getting ready for a hearing.
