Ex-political prisoner Zmitser Bandarenka leaves Minsk for Warsaw
He is going to consult local doctors and is considering the possibility of receiving medical assistance abroad.
"Nasha Niva" reminds that Bandarenka underwent two operations in prison: he had a disk herniation and a leg abscess removed. However, his health condition did not improve.
Zmitser Bandarenka has not seen his daughter for 1.5 years either. She lives in the Polish capital.
He decided to travel by plane in case he had been added on the list of travel banned so that he would not have to go back a long way. However, there were no problems at the border.
Let us remind you that Zmitser Bandarenka, Andrei Sannikau’s representative at the previous presidential election, was imprisoned for two years for the Square last year. He was released on April 15, 2012, after he had pled for mercy. He has to inform the Department of the Interior about his plans a month before leaving the Belarusian capital.
