Head of Drahichyn district buys a car for $47 K

Drahichyn district executive committee decided to upgrade their auto park. The district administration felt the need for a respectable-looking car
for "service journeys", for $ 47 thousand. The officials want to buy a third generation Hyundai Santa Fe Comfort 4WD or its analogue. The initial price is Br 400 million ($47 K). The source of finance - the district budget.

It is worth mentioning that Chairman of the district executive committee Yury Dzyadzyuk has worked at his position for a little more than a month. His predecessor Vasil Khvatsik was transferred to Baranavichy district, states Nasha Niva.

Thus, the head of Drahichyn district may soon become the owner of one of the most expensive service cars among the officials of his level.
