Mahilyou Province Court does not allow “silent” protester’s appeals
The sentences pronounced by Lenin District Court have remained in power.
The province court has considered the appeals sent by Aleh Dzyachkou and Alyaksandr Simanovich detained during July 3 silent protest today, on July 28.
Judge Klimau has not found any reason to cancel them. Let us remind you that the head of the local affiliate of the BLA Aleh Dzyachkou was fined for 1 million 50 thousand rubles and an official warning was pronounced to Alyaksandr Simanovich.
Aleh Dzychkou presented a video of his detention in court. It could be clearly seen that he was not applauding. However, the court announced that the video proved that he had taken part in “the silent action”.
