Mikita Lihavid transported to colony

Mikita Lihavid, activist of the Movement “For Freedom” sentenced to 3.5 years of imprisonment for the events of December 19, has been deported from the detention centre in Valadarski Street to his colony today, on May 7. Alena Lihavid, the political prisoner’s mother, has informed “Svaboda” about it.
Mikita Lihavid was returned guilty of Dec.19 mass disorders by judge Natallya Pykina from Minsk Partisan Court. Minsk City Court rejected his lawyer’s appeal (Darya Lipkina) a month later. Lihavid was not allowed to attend the appeal hearing. Mikita Lihavid will serve his sentence in Navapolatsk colony.
