Minsk poet asks to execute him with Kavalyou and Kanavalau
48-year-old Dzmitry Strotsau has sent an open letter to Alyaksandr Lukashenka.
He has published the appeal on Livejournal. The poet says that the sentence pronounced to Kavalyou and Kanavalau was hasty. Strotsau demands to cancel the death sentence pronounced to Dzmitry Kanavalau and Uladzislau Kavalyou. Otherwise, the poet would like to be executed together with them.
Strotsau has informed BelaPAN that he is anxious about the life of the doomed to death and that it has made him write the letter. Almost everything depends on one person’s will in Belarus, says the poet, and it was the reason why he appealed to the man.
