"Minsk terrorists" to stand trial on September 15
The criminal case will be considered by the Supreme Court.
This will be an open trial, informs BELTA. It will take place in the House of Justice, Minsk.
Dzmitry Kanavalau is accused of a terrorist act which caused human victims, of malicious hooliganism and illegal actions with explosives. He is also accused of purposeful demolishing and damaging of property.
Uladzislau Kavalyou is accused of complicity in terrorism, concealment and failure to report. Kavalyou is also accused of malicious hooliganism, illegal actions with explosives and purposeful demolishing of property.
The criminal case will be considered by first Deputy Chair of the Supreme Court judge Alyaksandr Fedartsou.
Let us remind you, 11 people died on the spot and 4 died in hospitals after the blast in Minsk metro on April 11.
