Prayer for Belarus takes place in Vilnius
Among the participants there were members of the BCD, the UCP, the Belarusian representation and the Association of the Belarusian culture in Lithuania.
The action took place in the Basilian moors on the stairs of the former Vilnius Belarusian grammar school. The participants lit candles in the shape of a cross, and hoisted the white-red-white flag and the portaits of political prisoners. Participants of the Katyn reid from Poland joined the action.
Participants of the action also put candles to the memorial shields of Catholic preist Adam Stankevich, writer Maxim Haretski and author of "God Almighty" anthem Natallia Arsenyeva.
