Opposition to gather officials and blacklisted musicians on Freedom Day
Deputy head of the Movement "For Freedom" Yuras Hubarevich has reported it.
Yuras Hubarevich: “We have applied for a meeting in the Palace of Culture of Minsk Tractor Plant on Sunday, March 2., Ivonka Survila will make a video speech. The second part will be a concert and we would like to invite Lyavon Voslki and other blacklisted musicians. We do not divide the society and would also like to invite officials from the Ministry of Culture and Academy of Sciences."
The Freedom Day steering committee is also going to ask the authorities for permission to organize a manifestation and meeting dated for the 95th anniversary of the creation of the BPR.
