Smalyavichy police call meeting of summer residents an unauthorized action

Let us remind you that policemen detained activists of the campaign “Tell the Truth!” Andrei Dzmitryyeu, Mihas Pashkevich and Yury Hanchar in Smalyavichy on April 12. Vasil Kazlouski, head of the local association of summer residents “Rivulet” was also detained. No reports were drawn up but Pashkevich has been summoned to Smalyavichy District Department of the Interior today. He has been shown a detention report there.

Pashkevich has informed BelaPAN that about 700 summer residents gathered at the meeting. They protested against the construction of the Belarusian-Chinese Technical Park on the territory covering the territory of the association and the neighbouring villages.
