Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu’s appeal to be heard today
The hearing will begin in Minsk City Court at 10 a.m.
Nyakllyayeu is not the fist candidate to have lodged an appeal. Minsk City Court has already heard Andrei Sannikau, Mikola Statkevich and Dzmitry Us’ appeals. However, their sentences have remained in power as well as the sentences pronounced to ordinary participants of the meeting near the House of the Government on the evening of December 19, 2010.
Let us remind you that Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu was sentenced to 2 years in a colony with suspension unlike Sannikau, Statkevich and Us. He is at liberty now.
